What you will do

  • Meet clients face to face and by phone to understand their goals, family and budget
  • Advise on the right UK and Portugal residency and business immigration route for each profile
  • Present our services clearly and handle questions and objections with confidence
  • Negotiate terms, close deals and hit monthly targets
  • Follow up on leads and keep the CRM accurate and up to date
  • Hand signed clients over smoothly to our case team

What you bring

  • 2+ years in consultative sales, ideally immigration, banking or real estate
  • Proven record of meeting or beating sales targets
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus
  • Confident, honest advisor who builds trust quickly
  • Knowledge of UK and Portugal immigration programmes is a strong advantage

  • Hit daily call and appointment targets

What you bring

  • 1+ year in telesales, call-centre or appointment-setting roles
  • Clear, confident and friendly phone manner
  • Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus
  • Resilient, target-driven and organised

You own each client’s file from day one until the visa is granted. You know the UK and Portugal processes inside out, prepare and file the applications, and are the client’s main point of contact, with regular updates, quick replies and real customer care at every step.

What you will do

  • Own each client file from the first day to the visa grant and stay with the client through the full journey
  • Prepare and file UK Innovator Founder and Expansion Worker applications, and Portugal D7, D8, D2 and Golden Visa applications
  • Be the client’s main point of contact: send proactive progress updates and make regular check-in calls
  • Reply to client emails and questions quickly, clearly and professionally
  • Manage timelines and deadlines, chase outstanding documents and check every file against official checklists
  • Keep client files and the CRM up to date and coordinate with our Lisbon team, service providers and the authorities

What you bring

  • 1+ year as a case worker or in visa and immigration processing
  • Working knowledge of the UK Innovator Founder and Expansion Worker routes and Portugal D7, D8, D2 and Golden Visa
  • Excellent client servicing and customer care skills, by email and phone
  • Sharp eye for detail and strong document and timeline management
  • Excellent written English, organised and able to handle several files at once
